1. Who We Are

Optigize Marketing Intelligence ("Optigize," "we," "us," or "our") runs the website at https://optigize.com and its subdomains. We provide marketing audit products and services, and web/mobile apps.

Our official mailing address is 2709 N Hayden Island Dr, STE 447469, Portland, Oregon 97217, USA. We operate globally, supported by a distributed international network of independent contractors.

You can reach us through the forms at https://optigize.com/contact/.

2. What This Policy Covers

This policy covers optigize.com and all of our current and future subdomains, including apps.optigize.com and every application we operate, such as Blast Radius Diagnostic at blast.optigize.com.

It explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you have.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use our website, apps, or services. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

If you believe a minor has given us data, email privacy@optigize.com. We will delete it.

4. Information You Provide to Us

We only collect the following information when you explicitly choose to share it with us:

  • Account & Identity Details: Your name, username, age, and job title.

We collect this information using cookies, web beacons, local storage, session storage, and standard server logs. You retain the right to request the deletion of this data at any time. Please refer to Section 18 for instructions.

6. Anonymized Data from External and Public Sources

To power certain analytical and diagnostic features within our applications, we incorporate aggregated, non-personal data obtained from external and publicly available sources. This data describes populations and geographic areas rather than individuals, and we do not use it to identify you or to build a personal profile about you.

  • Publicly Available Census Data: Aggregated demographic and statistical information from government databases, such as the U.S. Census Bureau.

  • Geospatial Data: Geographic Information System (GIS) mapping data and location-based information provided by third-party services.

When this data is combined with information you submit, such as an address or service area you enter into an application, the combined result is treated as Application Data under Section 4 and is subject to the same retention and deletion rights.

7. Google User Data

Certain applications allow you to authenticate or integrate using your Google account. When you choose this option, the following terms apply:

  • Data Collection & Access: We adhere strictly to the principle of data minimization, requesting only the specific permissions necessary for the application to function. Upon your approval at the authorization screen, we may receive basic profile information (such as your name, email address, and profile picture) along with any specific data tied to the permissions you explicitly grant.

  • Purpose & Utilization: We process Google user data exclusively to provide the features you requested, such as account creation, secure authentication, and profile rendering.

  • Storage & Security: This data is stored on secure servers in multiple locations hosted by our providers. Internal access is strictly limited to authorized personnel who require it for operational purposes.

  • Disclosure Restrictions: We do not sell your Google user data, nor do we use it for targeted advertising. We will never transfer this data to third parties except to facilitate the requested features, comply with legal obligations, or when we have your explicit consent.

  • Google API Limited Use Commitment: Optigize’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • Revoking Access: You retain the right to disconnect your Google account at any time. You can manage this directly via your Google Account permissions page or by submitting a request to privacy@optigize.com.

We strictly honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser transmits a GPC signal, our systems automatically treat it as a valid, binding opt-out of the sale and sharing of your personal data.

11. Third-Party Map Services

Certain applications on our platform utilize Google Maps APIs and open-source mapping services, such as OpenLayers, MapServer, OpenMapTiles, OpenStreetMap. By interacting with these mapping features, you are also subject to the Google Privacy Policy and the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service, as well as the privacy policies and terms of the open-source mapping providers named above.

We use reputable, secure third-party payment platforms — including PayPal, Gumroad, Paddle, and Lemon Squeezy — to facilitate transactions, and we reserve the right to integrate additional processors as needed.

  • Secure Processing: These providers process your payment credentials directly. We never collect, view, or store your full credit card number or financial account details.

  • Merchant of Record: Certain providers, such as Gumroad, Paddle, and Lemon Squeezy, act as our Merchant of Record, legally managing the sale, global tax collection, billing, and related compliance on our behalf. Other providers, such as PayPal, act solely as payment processors. Each provider is governed by its own privacy policy, which we strongly encourage you to review prior to purchase.

  • Transaction Records: We retain basic transaction records — including purchase history, dates, and amounts paid — strictly for accounting, customer support, and legal compliance purposes.

14. Artificial Intelligence

  • AI Integration: We leverage artificial intelligence tools to operate, optimize, and enhance our services. These tools may process operational data, including support inquiries, content, and application interactions.

  • No Automated Decision-Making: We do not utilize AI to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you. The profiles, outcomes, or results generated within our applications are for business and marketing diagnostics, educational, entertainment, or self-insight purposes only. They are not intended for hiring, lending, housing, school admissions, or healthcare decisions.

  • Data Protection & Model Training: We do not sell your personal data to AI developers. Furthermore, we explicitly prohibit our AI vendors from utilizing your personal data to train their public models, unless we have obtained your explicit, prior consent.

15. Disclosure and Sharing of Personal Information

If You Are in California (CCPA / CPRA & CalOPPA)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to know, delete, correct, limit the use of sensitive personal information, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data, and be free from discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights.

  • Submitting a Request: Our designated methods for verifiable consumer requests are privacy@optigize.com and https://optigize.com/contact/. Because we operate exclusively online and interact with consumers directly through our digital platform, we provide these electronic methods rather than a toll-free telephone number.

  • Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track: We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal through our consent management platform and treat it as a valid opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Most browsers no longer transmit "Do Not Track" signals, and we do not currently respond to them. This disclosure is provided in accordance with CalOPPA.

  • Opting Out of Sharing: To explicitly opt out of data sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, please utilize the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link located in our website footer, or transmit a valid GPC signal from your browser.

Residents of Other U.S. States

The regulatory landscape is rapidly evolving, with multiple U.S. states — including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and others — enacting comprehensive privacy legislation. If your state of residence grants you specific privacy rights not explicitly detailed above, we will honor those statutory rights. Please contact us to submit your request.

20. Data Security

We implement robust technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal data, including encryption in transit, secure password hashing, strict internal access controls, and periodic security reviews.

However, no digital environment is entirely impenetrable. In the event of a data breach that poses a significant risk to your rights and freedoms, we will promptly notify you and the relevant regulatory authorities in strict accordance with applicable global legal frameworks.

21. Third-Party Links

Our applications may contain links to external websites and services that are not operated by us. We exercise no control over — and assume no legal liability for — the content, privacy practices, or data collection policies of any third-party sites. We strongly encourage you to review the privacy policy of every external site you visit.

22. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our legal obligations or operational practices. Any revisions will be indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
